RBC's Office of the US CIO is responsible for the oversight of US technology supporting the firm's Combined US Operations (CUSO). The CUSO includes Capital Markets, Wealth Management, City National Bank, RBC Bank (US), Global Asset Management (GAM), and Functions within the US. This unique combo role of Sr. BA and Sr. Project Manager is accountable to the CUSO IT Intergroup Agreement (IGA) Office on the creation, maintenance, governance, reporting and oversight of US IT IGAs. This hands-on role is responsible for contributing to target operating model design, creation and governance execution of US IT IGAs. This will involve cross organization coordination and business / technical analysis, ensuring the IT IGA office has consistency of structure, execution, service standards, reporting and monitoring of CUSO-related IT IGAs What Will You Do? We are seeking an experienced Sr. Business Manager and Sr. Project Manager to support the delivery and execution of the US IT IGA Office. The successful candidate will be assisting in managing the US IT IGA Office, advising on IT IGA drafting, tracking, and maintenance, and ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to financials. Key Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing processes for drafting, tracking, and maintaining IT IGAs Creating standards for service cataloging to be leveraged across IT IGAs Monitoring IT IGAs for breaches and alerting stakeholders to ensure prompt remediation. Reviewing and analyzing IT IGAs to identify areas for improvement. Collaborating with agreement owners to process IGA document amendments and changes. Creating dashboards for visualizing service delivery Developing tools for real-time SLA/KPI tracking (e.g., uptime, incident resolution time) Developing and delivering reports and presentations to stakeholders Setting up and transferring charges for services rendered Understanding transfer pricing processes to advise IGA owners. Conducting regular reviews and updates of existing agreements Collaborating with compliance, third-party management, and legal teams to ensure regulatory alignment and compliance. Establishing a compliant IGA repository Ensuring alignment with related enterprise initiatives Responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with IGA Office initiatives.
What Do You Need To Succeed? Must Have:
10+ years' experience in business/technical analysis in a bank environment 10+ years' experience in project delivery with waterfall and agile teams at a bank Experience within financial services sector supporting and delivering business and technical projects. Experience managing complex initiatives across disparate stakeholders. Experience with agile practices including scrum/Kanban, agile ceremonies (standups, backlog refinement, team demos) Understanding of IT Risk and Federal Reserve Board (FRB) Regulatory requirements to incorporate into project analysis and delivery. Experience with IT financials, transfer pricing, service pricing. Experience with 3rd party vendor management best practices and Inter-group agreements. Experience responding to and delivering FRB Matters Requiring Attention (MRA) or Matters Requiring Immediate Attention (MRIA), including constructing a plan and navigating complex, evolving or abstract requirements. Strong business management and project management skills, with experience in IT service management and governance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with senior leadership, auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions. Experience with IT IGA management, including drafting, tracking, and maintaining IT IGAs Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks, including data sovereignty laws and jurisdictional compliance Experience with financial management, including setup and transfer of charges for services rendered and transfer pricing processes. Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of Scaled Agile practices. Experience with Planview and/or RBC MIS (Management Information System) Solid financial experience, ideally with capital expenditure requests

The expected salary range for this particular position is $160,000-$250,000, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
