We are seeking a creative and detail-orientedReports and Dashboard Designerto join our HR People Analytics team. In this role, you will transform complex workforce data into visually stunning, user-friendly reports and dashboards that enhance data storytelling and decision-making for HR and business leaders. With a strong emphasis on design and user experience, you will leverage tools like Tableau, PowerPoint, and other platforms to craft outputs that are not only data-driven but also intuitive and visually appealing. While a strong foundation in data handling is essential, your main focus will be translating data into compelling visual dashboards, reports, and stories that connect with stakeholders. Portfolio: Candidates will be asked to submit a portfolio showcasing previous dashboard/report designs and demonstrating creativity and usability. Pay Transparency Salary Range:$62,400-$81,000 Overtime eligible:Exempt Discretionary bonus eligible:Yes Sales bonus eligible:No Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
