Responsibilities

Arcfield is growing and seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to perform schedule management that will establish and manage schedules accurately and timely while providing integrated schedule information on acquisitions and related activities to the COMM directorate decision makers. (Please note, an offer for this position will be contingent on an awarded contract.)

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of any applicable Master Schedule and the supporting integrated data structure
  • Developing, updating and maintaining the COMM Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Group-level integrated schedules
  • Integrating System-level, Service-Level, project-level Master Schedules among Service Providers, Programs offices and projects to ensure robust, end-to-end delivery of capability
  • Analyzing Mission Partner, NRO and Service Provider schedules for accuracy, completeness, integration, executability, and critical paths
  • Providing individual project schedules showing the dependencies between related projects and impacts of schedule changes
  • Developing and maintaining the Schedule To Be Determined (TBD) / To Be Resolved (TBR) resolution plans; providing monthly status briefing on all Schedule TBXs
  • Coordinating, monitoring, and facilitating closure of assigned Schedule TBDs and TBRs.
  • Updating and maintaining the COMM Schedule Management Plan (Data Management Processes and Procedures)
  • Ensures requirements comply with client requirements and government standards through formal verification methods

Qualifications

Required:

  • BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
  • Must possess and have the ability to maintain an Active Top Secret / SCI w/Poly Clearance
  • Strong customer intimacy skills; ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams as well as to interface effectively with personnel at all levels of government
  • A commitment to quality, accuracy, continuous improvement, and be detailed oriented
  • Able to pursue courses of action necessary to obtain desired results
  • Experience supporting end-to-end systems and systems-oriented projects through their entire life cycle
  • Supports the establishment of standards, practices, and procedures as related to the overall product development
  • Skilled at serving as a customer liaison
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple tasks concurrently
  • Good communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Demonstrated judgment, initiative, and critical thinking to execute mission objectives
  • The ability to travel as necessary to satisfy assigned tasks
  • Flexibility to execute additional duties as assigned

Desired:

  • Degrees or certifications in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Experience generating quantifiable requirements based on customer description, system planning and design, and acquisition logistics
  • Able to translate high-level requirement specifications and works with multi-discipline engineering teams to develop lower-level detailed requirements
  • Skilled at serving as a customer liaison and support for business development activities and to understand and shape requirements
