GENERAL FUNCTION The purpose of the CI engineer is to develop, promote, and support the execution of the continuous improvement program. Working in partnership with labs to design and implement changes in process,capability, and culture aimed in improving operational excellence. The target is to support thecoordination, organization, and implementation of standardization of key performance indicators in our US Industrial Labs. The CI Engineer will partner with Quality, LOFT, GE,and Production teams to coordinate and implement changes in process, capability, and culture targeted on improving Operational Excellence in the lab with a strong focus on supporting the standardized MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
