GA PHOTOGRAPHER (Full Time Regular): Fox13, Tampa Bay's leading news station is looking for a full-time General Assignment News Photographer. The role involves capturing high-quality visuals, including video, audio, and images, to tell compelling stories and engage the audience. Key responsibilities include operating professional video cameras Sony pxw-x400 and audio equipment creatively under diverse conditions and tight deadlines. Editing video currently on Edius for on-air broadcast and digital content and driving company vehicles safely in various conditions.

Candidates should be well-informed, well-read, and willing to take creative risks. The position requires the ability to work independently or with a reporter, covering general assignments to breaking news, troubleshoot technical issues, and work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong digital skills and a college degree in journalism or equivalent are preferred, along with two years of equivalent experience.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $27.00-30.50 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
