Job Summary

The Operations Management Analyst II will support strategic, operational, and efficiency projects in collaboration with multiple boundary partners across Cox Communications. This role will serve as organizer, facilitator, analyst, and problem solver. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work and contribute to a team environment are essential, as are outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

This role will also work solo on projects to analyze, modify, streamline, and improve processes as needed. They will support other team members as needed. To be successful in this role, they will need to understand and analyze multiple aspects of the business, be able to work independently, work across matrix organizations, and develop relationships.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze current state and determine recommended process changes.
  • Develop and implement new processes.
  • Facilitate project team discussions.
  • Work as part of a team to develop project solutions.
  • Provide thorough communications updates to stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to determine areas of opportunity for improvement.
  • Analyze situations and develop/recommend process changes.
  • Support process implementation through education, training, or facilitation.
  • Develop job aids and train appropriate team members.
  • Work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Work independently or with multiple team members.
  • Work under limited supervision, relying on experience and independent judgement when applying the best approach for achieving desired outcomes.
  • Provide clear and thorough communications, whether written, verbal, presentations, meetings, email, etc.
  • Train team members on new projects.
  • May be consulted by other team members for advice and assistance as needed.
  • Complete other work assignments as requested.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline ( Information Systems, Project Management, etc) and 2 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and up to 2 years' experience; or 6 years' experience in a related field.
  • Full professional proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel applications.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to design training and present to audiences.
  • Ability to listen actively and develop responses based on that input.
  • Experience working on teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communications skills.
  • Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a constantly changing environment.
  • Assertive, innovative, confident, and a self-starter.
  • Highly organized with exemplary time management skills.
  • Ability to develop relationships and gain trust of others.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient user of ICOMS & CB Force
  • Excellent analytical skills required in a complex B2B environment with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.


USD 65,500.00 - 98,300.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $65,500.00 - $98,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:

The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, and parental leave.
