What you'll do:

The Security Analyst Lead will have exposure to multiple security and technology areas within the Identity Access Management (IAM) Department. This role works with all levels of leadership to provision and deprovision access of employees and vendors. In addition to monitoring request queues, this position uses a variety of technical tools to address security access and audit requests for the company. This employee will also be responsible for troubleshooting access-related issues with end-users and application owners. The Lead position with assist in training, supporting, and leading staff of Central Access Management (CAM) team, filling a key position in the escalation hierarchy.

This position is ONSITE ONLY (4 days onsite with 1 remote day) and you must be located in or near Phoenix, AZ; Dallas/Irving, TX; or Columbus, OH.
  • Learn admin interface and underlying entitlement data for administered applications.

  • Provision/deprovision accounts and amend entitlements for internal bank users in response to security access requests.

  • Lead by example in working within established control procedures.

  • Monitor work queues and mailboxes, while acting independently on access requests within security protocols regarding confidential information and managerial approvals.

  • Troubleshoot app access-related issues with users and SMEs.

  • Timely escalate issues to management to avoid impacting the business.

  • Generate reporting and metrics showing both key risk indicators and key performance indicators relating to the access management functions.

  • Focus on internal and external audit processes with the ability to drive changes in order to support business objectives.

  • Leverage Risk Management experience from a large financial institution subject to heightened standards, specifically in risk, compliance, or corporate governance.

What you'll need:

  • 3 + years of working IT experience in a professional setting, including IAM is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field is preferred.
  • Working experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory is required.
  • Working experience with Privileged Access Management and Role-based access controls is required.
  • Working experience with SOX, PCI-DSS, NIST, and other frameworks is preferred.
  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of general Financial Services or Banking is preferred.
  • Entry level to intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
