We currently have an opening for an Administrative Assistant in the laboratory of Dr. Kay Tye at the Salk Institute. The Tye lab employs a multi-disciplinary approach including optogenetic, in vivo, and ex vivo electrophysiological, pharmacological, and imaging techniques to find mechanistic explanations for how emotional and motivational states influence behavior, both in health and disease. For more information about the Tye lab and their research, please visit their This role is an integral part of the lab and will be responsible for supporting the Investigator and lab members with calendaring, travel, and correspondence. Strong candidates will have prior experience working with these responsibilities across a variety of mediums.
