In this role, you'll not only perform diagnostic imaging but also mentor and guide a team of technologists, helping them troubleshoot equipment, maintain workflow, and uphold our standards of care. Imaging Shift Leads play a key role in scheduling, resource management, and real-time decision-making, all while fostering a culture of respect, engagement, and continuous improvement. You'll serve as a go-to contact for issue resolution and communication across departments, using your leadership and problem-solving skills to support staff and patient needs alike.
