THE JOB:

As a Manicurist, you have the chance to deliver exceptional service while also maximizing your earning potential with a commission rate of 40% plus additional service charges. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW moments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: 40% Commission +Service Charge (Earning up to $45 per hour)

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Greet and engage with guests, smiling, and hearing their stories as you offer product recommendations.

• Provide nail care services including manicures, pedicures, and gel applications.

• Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades, and retail products.

• Consistently provide a positive guest experience.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 18 years old or older.

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

• Proficient in manicures, pedicures, and gel applications, with a strong ability to deliver creative and technically accurate results.

• Enthusiastic and passionate about our brand.

• Confident with their skill set.

• Stays updated on the latest nail care trends, products, and techniques.

• Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression.
