GENERAL FUNCTION The Director of Growth & Business transformation will be responsible for designing & executing strategies across different brand pillars (insurance, eyecare, partnerships). These may range from growth initiatives to operational excellence activities, and other critical projects. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic planning Collaborate with cross functional partners to analyze brand performance across all strategy pillars and identify address challenges to inspire future brand plans. Eyecare Strategy, marketing & PMO Own and optimize Target Optical Eyecare strategy, build organizational capabilities and lead key initiative: Insurance Strategy, marketing & PMO Improve Managed Vision Care (MVC)/insurance sales by identifying and bringing to life current and new opportunities as well as future business development opportunities: Consumer & brand analytics Own & evolve marketing dashboards across COEs: Understanding ROI per channel through cross platform analysis incl: Adobe vs TAB data reconciliation vs media measurement platforms, BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Range: 182,337.20-264,432.40 Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
