GENERAL FUNCTION

The Director of Growth & Business transformation will be responsible for designing & executing strategies across different brand pillars (insurance, eyecare, partnerships). These may range from growth initiatives to operational excellence activities, and other critical projects.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic planning Collaborate with cross functional partners to analyze brand performance across all strategy pillars and identify address challenges to inspire future brand plans.
Design a growth framework supporting the brand experience promise and top & bottom line goals.
Identify key initiative by growth pillar, quantify impacts, assess sufficiency to goals and recommend a prioritization process.
Define project plans and lead cross functional teams to implement current and new initiatives that drive guest count, sales, profit, and a positive guest experience.

Eyecare Strategy, marketing & PMO Own and optimize Target Optical Eyecare strategy, build organizational capabilities and lead key initiative:
Act as the subject matter expert for Eyecare business models within the retail optical industry, identify key trends and legal landscape evolutions.
Understand the optical doctor's revenue model, key processes & systems and growth strategies.
Collaborate with customer experience teams to design & evolve the patient experience, understands medical trends and conversion drivers to retail.

Insurance Strategy, marketing & PMO Improve Managed Vision Care (MVC)/insurance sales by identifying and bringing to life current and new opportunities as well as future business development opportunities:
Serve as the business subject matter expert for MVC category and the ever evolving legal landscape.
Manage the relationship with insurance partners for the brand.
Develop in-depth analysis around business performance, like sales, guest count, conversion and other KPIs

Brand partnerships
Lead partnerships and act as the contract expert, track and report results on regular basis with different stakeholders. Execute contractual terms and continuously evolve plans to optimize results.
Unlock new brand partnerships within Audiology industry to support Nuance launch & expansion: identify opportunities, lead top to top discussions, design go to market plans and track results.

Consumer & brand analytics Own & evolve marketing dashboards across COEs: Understanding ROI per channel through cross platform analysis incl: Adobe vs TAB data reconciliation vs media measurement platforms,
Create Test & Learn plans

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in business/analytics
  • 10+ years experience with CPG in a sales, marketing or account management.
  • Consulting, internal or with a Top-Tier consulting firm
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and presentation skills
  • Experience with key account management and joint business planning
  • Proficiency of Windows software


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • MBA Degree preferred
  • Project management experience with complex system deployments & certification
  • 5+ years in highly technical discipline and/or specialty retail or operations

Pay Range: 182,337.20-264,432.40

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package. Benefits may include health care, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
