  • Is looking for a Power Electronics Engineer - to support our Power Conversion Technologies (PCT) Department. As a member of the PCT department you'll work in a fast-paced team environment alongside manufacturing, design engineers, program leadership to make our technologies a reality. This position will serve remotely, our engineering team in Baltimore Maryland.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Perform Worst Case Circuit Analysis (WCCA) on power electronics designed for space applications.
  • Test and troubleshoot power electronics.
  • Communicate project status to the IPT Lead or Lead Engineer.
  • Compile data and help to define changes required to meet design requirements.


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 9 years of experience or 7 years with a Master's degree 4 years with a PhD in a STEM discipline.
  • Expertise in circuit analysis tools such as Saber or LTSpice.
  • Have completed WCCA on multiple power conversion circuits.
  • Extensive experience in testing power conversion circuit card assemblies with standard test equipment such as oscilloscopes, waveform generators, electronic loads, etc.
  • Demonstrated problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • This position requires the applicant to be a U.S. citizen.
