Title: Building Maintenance Tech Location: Albuquerque, NM 87106 Mode: Onsite Duration: 6+ Months Pay rate: $22.00/Hr. on W2. Job Description: Basic maintenance needs (painting, cleaning, sheetrock patching, small fixture replacement, etc.) Description: Under direct or general supervision, performs unskilled and semiskilled craftwork in the maintenance and repair of AHA-owned properties; outdoor maintenance and grounds work on buildings, landscaped areas, parking lots, and related facilities; performs routine preventive electrical and plumbing maintenance work. Required Qualification: High School Diploma or GED. Some experience in skilled maintenance and repair of buildings or grounds. Active driver's license; and ability to be covered on AHA' fleet insurance policy. Preferred: Construction experience in rehab, new construction, remodel, residential.
