Central Washington University is recruiting a Lecturer of Finance and Supply Chain Management to join our College of Business team in Ellensburg, Washington. The Role: The Department of Finance and Supply Chain Management within the College of Business at Central Washington University seeks applicants for a full-time non-tenure track Lecturer position beginning September 15th, 2025. The department has ten full-time faculty members and currently offers a teaching load of 3 courses per quarter with small classes and a relaxed teaching environment. The Central Washington University campus is located in Ellensburg, a small community 110 miles from Seattle, WA. The candidate is expected to teach a range of general business courses- for example, professional development, business computing, supply chain, accounting, finance, and business process analysis and systems courses as well as other courses in their area of expertise using a variety of modalities. Depending on college needs, the candidate may be responsible for teaching various MBA courses as well. The candidate needs to maintain appropriate AACSB faculty qualification status, which may entail industry experience, currency in the business field, certifications, for candidates with a master's degree, and publications, conference presentations, industry experience for candidates with a PhD degree. Annual Salary: $65,000 - $80,000, based on a full-time nine-month appointment. Appointment: Temporary, Non-Tenure Track, 9 Month Appointment. Additional Summer teaching may be available. Central Washington University is on the quarter system with appointments from mid-September through mid-June.
