Position Summary:

Are you passionate about people and processes? As our Human Resources Assistant, you'll play a key role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. From recruiting top talent and streamlining onboarding to managing employee records and ensuring compliance, you'll be at the heart of what makes our team thrive. Qualifications & Requirements:



  • At least 1- 3 years of experience in a Human Resources administrative role
  • Experience in manufacturing or AS9100 highly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and CA compliance required
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems

  • Support Smooth Operations - Assist with essential HR documentation, including forms, agreements, and policies
  • Be a Go-To Resource - Provide employees with guidance on HR-related inquiries, helping them navigate policies and processes
  • Help Build Our Team - Play a crucial role in recruitment by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and ensuring our ATS is accurate and compliant
  • Make Hiring Seamless - Schedule interviews, coordinate hiring logistics, and manage pre-boarding tasks to create a great first impression
  • Welcome New Hires - Prepare and distribute new hire packets, ensuring every new team member has the tools to succeed from day one
  • Turn Data Into Insights - Run reports from HRIS systems to support decision-making and compliance efforts
  • Bring People Together - Organize HR and employee engagement events that foster connection and culture
  • Support Growth & Development - Coordinate training sessions to empower employees with the skills they need to succeed
  • Ensure Compliance & Accuracy - Assist with audits by gathering necessary documentation and keeping records up to date

Pay Transparency:

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $20 - $26 (DOE) per hour. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
