Responsible for daily records for operator data, mechanic data, and quality data. Records and reports, at end of shift, all spoilage Performs related work assignments as required, including relief work for same and other classifications. Performs duties with regard to safety for self and other employees while exercising proper care and protection for company property. Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition. Reports unusual events, accidents, damage, and emergencies immediately to supervisor. Performs duties under normal operating conditions with a minimum amount of supervision or direction by higher rated personnel. Additional related duties as required; others as assigned Must take and pass the Mechanic Measurement test within 6 months and progress to a Mechanic position We need you to have: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred Ability to read and write, understand and follow instructions Can-do, will-do attitude Who we are: America's largest metal food packaging producer.
