Job Summary Responsible for drafting sales documents including quotations, sales proposals, agreements, and amendments. Draft proposals and agreements, demonstrating an understanding of contract language and revenue recognition issues. Utilize multiple sources of information in multiple data systems to measure customer performance against existing contracts. Duties & Responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and electronically track contracts and related documents including Agreements and Amendments, contract summaries, price schedules and support documentation, and analyzes and corrects any data issues.
- Serve as point of contact for pricing and other related issues for Acute Care, Alternate Care, and distribution contracts and assist in the research and resolution of these issues in the contract templates.
- Draft proposals and Agreements for multi-hospital systems and individual facilities in a timely and accurate manner within company policy and business guidelines.
- Produce Agreements and Amendments for active Sales campaigns.
- Develop and implement completed Sales package.
- Serve as a liaison for internal office departments including Customer Service, Finance and Sales Administration to respond to local contract related questions, to resolve issues or discrepancies and for overall enforcement and interpretation of general contract terms and pricing obligations.
- Maintain and develop a high level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat / Illustrator, including but not limited to the preparation and use of pivot tables, look-up functions, conditional formatting and macros; develop a competency with Masimo analytical tools and resources including Expandable, Crystal Reports and SalesForce.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of employees, management, and company business partners.
- Keep abreast of company growth and development, market trends, changes in business practices and in the industry.
- Perform other duties and projects as requested.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience in Contract Administration with Acute Care, Alternate Care, distributors and GPOs, IDNs and RPCs in the healthcare industry preferred.
- Previous experience in Contracts or Sales Administration process and environment.
- Familiarity with contract terms.
- Very strong written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility and a strong work ethic of providing excellent customer service.
- Strong leadership and possess a positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environment of teamwork and constant change.
- Excellent data entry skills. Advanced knowledge of relational database flow within multiple systems; adapt quickly to new computer programs.
- Ability to work with financial systems and calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, percentages, and averages.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules and deadlines on a short-term and/or long-term basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- One to two years of experience in sales operations or contracts environment.
Education
- Bachelor's degree is preferred. A combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of a BA.
Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $69,000 - $80,000 plus benefits. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, and experience. This position also qualifies for up to 10% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver's license is required.
