Injection Molding Co-Op - Fall 2025

The Role:
Our site in Colorado Springs, CO - Rockrimmon is seeking a/an Injection Molding Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

This position will assist in all aspects of the injection molding area in our new Rockrimmon site in Colorado Springs.

What You'll Do:
* Assist in the qualification of new injection molds
* Participate in Kaizen projects relating to defect reduction
* Complete standardization projects
* Assist in sampling of new molds

What We Seek:
* Knowledge, experience or willingness to learn about Injection Molding processes, machines, and tooling
* Some experience or study in automation
* Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:
* Manufacturing Engineering or Plastics Engineering
* Graduation date in 2026

Eligibility:
* Must be a currently enrolled student
* Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in July through December
* Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program

• Compensation: $20-$32 hourly range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
