EHS Co-Op - Fall 2025

The Role:
Our site in Chaska, MN is seeking a/an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

In this co-op, you will support the Environmental Health and Safety team in promoting sustainability, enhancing employee engagement, and driving process improvements.

What You'll Do:
* Drive sustainability and recycling improvements
* Learn how to complete ISO Audit Checklists for internal auditing
* Assess current safety protocols, implement changes, and update associated documentation
* Write "safety snaps" bi-weekly and work closely with EHS department to develop content
* Assist with new hire orientation every/every other Monday
* Spend time on the production floor collaborating & engaging with the workforce
* Assist with monthly inspections and ordering any needed supplies

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:
* EHS, Environmental Compliance, or similar major
* Graduation date of 2026 or earlier

Eligibility:
* Must be a currently enrolled student
* Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in July through December
* Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program

* Compensation: $20-$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
