We are Systems, LLCa leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment. Wecontinue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.

This is a role within Systems' Sales group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Gain foundational knowledge of loading dock equipment and the competitive landscape to effectively assist in the sales and customer service process, and (ii) Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with end users, supporting joint sales initiatives to expand market reach. Requires 2+ years experience in transportation sales and/or logistics/shipping, and a minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gain foundational knowledge of loading dock equipment and the competitive landscape to effectively assist with the customer and sales support process

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with end users

  • Act as the secondary sales liaison for assigned accounts, assist with the management and growth of regional Truck Line Accounts under the guidance of Sales Leadership

  • Employ exceptional service standards to achieve high customer satisfaction, maintaining consistent contact and support through various communication channels

  • Support tailored account-based sales plans to boost productivity and meet specific business objectives, including increased RFQs and orders

  • Manage catalog account administration, including order processing and order follow-up

  • Contribute to maintaining and nurturing relationships with national accounts through supportive customer service and regular communication

  • Facilitate order entry, documentation preparation, and coordination of dispatching sub-contractors for customer services

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group's and Systems' reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • 2+ years experience in transportation sales and/or logistics/shipping

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Presentation, planning, and negotiating skills

  • Business minded approach centered on results

  • Mechanical aptitude with ability to learn and demonstrate product

  • Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

  • Preferred: General sales/customer service experience

  • Preferred: Prior ERP experience

  • Preferred: Previous industrial /manufacturing customer service experience

  • Preferred: Knowledge of material handling / loading dock equipment

The payrange for this position is $37,700.00 - $62.150.00; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
