Quality Assurance Specialist - (1st shift 5:00a-3:00p $24.66/hr)

Who we are looking for:

We are currently searching for a 1st shift Quality Assurance Specialist to be based out of De Pere, WI. Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, this person will be responsible for conducting audits for compliance with quality standards and control procedures. This person will actively participate in identifying and correcting the root cause for nonconforming issues.

What you'll do:

Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Maintain, archive, and retrieve macro sample tests via hard copy or electronic means.
  • Analyze and understand macro results to direct production mills if needed.
  • Maintain, archive, and retrieve nonconforming product paperwork.
  • Assist in tracking and maintaining measurement tools and replace on mills when needed.
  • Report and track to closure of quality nonconformance and ensure proper quarantine of such material.


What you'll bring:



  • 3 years of experience performing related field experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with problem solving experience.
  • Ability to use micrometers, calipers, precision instruments to measure parts for conformity.
