Job Description

Jefferson Consulting Group is seeking Business Analyst/Acquisition Specialist to support Administrative Office of US Courts.

This role will be 100% Remote. (This role will be fully remote.)

The annual salary range for this position is $125,000.00-$135,000.00. The annual salary range is negotiable. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

* The candidate will support the AOUSC DPS CMSO by providing IT acquisition and support services to include acquisition program support and contract administration services.

* The candidate will be responsible for assisting with Acquisition Program Support Services which entails developing Task Plans, Monthly Status Reports, Agendas and Meeting Notes, tracking progress, holding regular meetings with the COR and Stakeholders, developing templates, as needed.

* The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the provision of Contract Administration Support Services which entails activities that ensures contract terms and conditions are met, providing support for contract modifications and changes, managing contract deliverables, contractor onboarding and offboarding process, quality assurance, contract options and renewals, and supporting contract performance evaluations.

* The candidate will be responsible for providing status of all contract administration support activities within the Monthly Status Report (MSR), including each active tasks

and the accomplishments of the reporting period in relation to each contract administration activity listed. Additional contract administration task activities include:

o Provide method of tracking status of procurements from pre-award to post award phase.

o Support the COR with preparing/draft contract modification support documents.

o Review invoices and open obligations/unliquidated obligations (ULOs) reports, and prepare necessary documentation (closeout checklist, COR contract completion statement, proof of final payment, property disposition report, release of claims) for closeout.

o Partner with COR and CO on recommendations for analyzing difficult contracting issues and identifying alternative courses of action to satisfy specialized requirements and solve a variety of contracting problems.

o Plan, evaluate, and execute logistical actions required to support post contract award requirements.

o Support the COR in performing the COR duties detailed in the COR Designation.

o Assist CMSO with technical and price evaluations.

Required Qualifications:

* Education Experience: Bachelor's degree

* Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation and Contract Administration procedures.

* Experience reviewing acquisition-related invoices and key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with management and technical staff to support the development of organizational communications policies and strategies.

* Experience in addressing program management and project management requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Technical Writing.

* Federal Acquisition Certification for Contracting Officer's Representatives (FAC-COR).
