Summary of Position/Purpose: The Accounts Payable Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's overall payment functions and the day-to-day operations of Accounts Payable personnel. This role involves working closely with leaders and managers across the business to ensure that all necessary payments are made accurately and timely. The Accounts Payable Manager will oversee the accuracy of vendor payment terms and methods, follow up on past due accounts, and coordinate with others to resolve any issues. Additionally, this position serves as an intermediary between payment activities and the Accounting department. The role operates under limited supervision and requires initiative, confidentiality, and independent judgment in the performance of tasks. Essential Duties, Functions and/or Responsibilities:
