Job Purpose A NAM's purpose is to drive revenue growth within a multi-regional market with strategically selected existing customers and or target accounts. A NAM brings value to the customer by being an expert who will often be the primary or single point of contact. A NAM will partner with Classic & ProSolutions TSR's, SARs and Herc (+) to drive share of wallet and handle the customer's needs at all levels of their office and field locations through direct sales, channel management and collaboration What you will do... Manage and grow National Account customer rental volume nationally and internationally. Pro-actively create strategies to increase rentals/revenue with assigned National Account customers. Develop relationships with existing and new account contacts (decision makers) to protect and grow current Herc Rentals designation and market share. Create relationships with competitive accounts to capitalize on new opportunities as they materialize. Identify and develop cross selling opportunities to grow non-traditional segments within accounts. Support a culture and open mindedness between all levels and all departments of the organization. Effectively execute all administrative responsibilities. Coordinate efforts with local Regional Managers regarding competitive situations and individual customer strategies. Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred Five or more years of large account management experience Possess demonstrated and proven revenue growth experience within a sales Excellent business/financial acumen A valid driver's dicense Service Industry Experience Skills Ability to engage in natural verbal interaction with customers Ability to follow up with customers in a timely manner Able to walk into unfamiliar environments and adjust rapidly to the setting Attention to detail Multi-tasking individual who uses project management skills to accomplish goals Customer service focused Must react to changing business needs Solid and proven computer skill set (knowledge of MS Office is preferred) Works and communicates effectively with all levels of the company Exceptional communication and networking skills Strong PC skills Equipment rental industry exposure Req #: 61835 Pay Range: $120K - $135K plus bonus and vehicle Please be advised that the actual salary offered for any position is subject to the company's sole discretion and may be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, location, and overall fit for the role.
