Primary Responsibilities



  • Develop and grow accounting operations function to support global transactional processing including accounts receivable, accounts payable, order management, and T&E.
  • Manage third-party logistics provider used for functions including order management and accounts receivable.
  • Responsible for the accounting operations monthly close process including journal entries, account reconciliations and variance analysis for the accounts.
  • Manage federal and state Aggregate Spend transparency data collection, remediation, and reporting.
  • Design and report transactional processing operating metrics.
  • Serve as administrator for the corporate card program.
  • Manage administration of financial systems including systems for HR, T&E, invoice processing and GL.
  • Identify and implement new systems and processes to simplify operations, improve workflow, drive efficiencies and improve performance.
  • Ensures compliance with US GAAP and provides support for SOX testing and the annual audit process.
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects supporting the Finance group.


    Position Requirements:



    • Minimum 5 years' experience across multiple accounting operations disciplines.
    • BA/BS business/accounting/finance.
    • Extensive ERP systems experience.
    • Strong understanding of US GAAP, SOX 404 compliance and internal controls.
    • Expert proficiency with Excel.
    • CPA required.
