About the role Position Description: Reporting to the Waste Processing Superintendent, the Shift Supervisor-Waste Processing Facility, is responsible for leading a crew to safely and efficiently process municipal solid waste, in compliance with safety and environmental standards. In the event of emergencies or unusual operations, the Shift Supervisor will, if necessary, direct or personally perform the required operations as well as coordinate the activities of all personnel involved. Position Location: This position is located in Kapolei at Reworld Honolulu's Thermomechanical Transfer Facility [TTF]. Relocation assistance is offered to qualified candidates. Shift: Shift Supervisors at Reworld's Honolulu TTF receive competitive wages and benefits and are eligible for straight time pay when covering additional shifts. Shift Supervisors work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule that alternates between days and nights every 2 weeks and work every other weekend, including holidays, outage support, and shift coverage. Position Requirements: Qualified candidates must have 5-7 years of experience in power or resource recovery plant operations. While an engineering degree is desirable, hands-on experience with high-pressure boilers and electrical generation, as well as formal technical training is required.

What Reworld Offers You: The expected base salary range for this role is: $106,266.00 - $ 132,885.50 annually. This is a good faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this position. The final figure will take into account a variety of factors including experience, ability, and location.
