Promote the development and delivery of EHS training, ensuring a solid foundation in safety standards for all employees and contractors. Take charge of sustainability projects, track compliance with air, water, and waste regulations, and oversee environ-mental reporting. Your Title: EH&S Specialist

Your will report to: EHS Manager

Salary Expections based on Techinical experience: 82k-120k with 5% Bonus

Promote Excellence: Conduct EHS Orientation training for new employees and contractors, ensuring a solid foun-dation in safety standards. Facilitate toolbox meetings and deliver required EHS training to maintain safety aware-ness. Help develop and track the implementation of EHS procedures. Organize site safety inspections, report find-ings, and follow up on corrective actions to sustain a safe working environment.

Manage Data Integrity: Track sustainability projects and ensure accurate reporting on air, water, and waste com-pliance. Manage environmental reporting requirements and oversee Process Safety Management (PSM) policies. Ensure the accuracy of annual EH&S reports and maintain compliance with regulatory assessments. Follow up on audit findings, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.

Mentor and Collaborate: Support EHS training for employees and contractors, promoting safety awareness across the site. Deploy behavior-based safety programs to encourage proactive safety practices. Be the site EH&S expert, providing guidance and addressing safety issues. Coordinate risk assessments and provide solutions to min-imize risks, encouraging a safer work environment.

Your Professional Profile Includes...

* Bachelor's Degree in environmental science, chemistry, engineering, EHS, or related field.

* At least 2 years of experience in the chemical/manufacturing industry.

* 5+ years of experience in the EHS specialization.

* 8+ technical competencies in EHS specialization.

* Experience developing EHS programs and training in manufacturing or chemical environments.
