Position: Field Quality Engineer
Location: Houston, TX. Pay: $85k/yr. + 10% annual bonus! ** Candidates need to have a thorough knowledge of tractor/ equipment. ** Bachelor's / Associate Degree in Engineering, with technical certifications
** 5+ years of experience in failure parts analysis, parts inspection, drawing study and quality audits. ** Must have resources to provide reliable transportation to and from place of work.
Function: Position will play instrumental role in analysis of Failed parts returned from warranty to decide actions and helping the recovery of warranty cost from suppliers. Field Quality Engineer position will also be responsible for the detection, analysis, reporting and monitoring of resolutions of Product Quality and Process Quality issues occurring at distribution centers, dealers, and customers.
Goal:
This position is designed to quickly and effectively analyze part failures reported from Dealers/Customers across US/CA. Key function of this profile is to interact with Dealers/customer and Regional service managers to understand key issues raised thru online dealer module and work on providing solutions on faster pace thru parts analysis.
