Fincantieri Marinette Marine, a Fincantieri Marine Group Company, is a progressive shipyard specializing in building ships for the United States Navy. We currently have an opportunity for an Executive Administrator at our Marinette, Wisconsin location. POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for supporting the Chief of Shipyard Operations and his staff, assisting in projects concerning each program as requested. The individual will perform tasks with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment and discretion. Duties may involve access to confidential information. The position requires knowledge of company policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES Directly supervises the Data Systems Coordinator, who manages the Train Track database and maintains company-wide certifications/certificates for all employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company's policies, procedures, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems. COMPETENCIES: SPARC
