Charter Representatives Analyst Overview:

Sun Country Airlines is seeking a Charter Representative Analyst to be responsible for routing, scheduling, and supporting the Manager of Charter Representatives with all aspects of the Charter Representative Program. This position will perform various duties associated with enhancing and optimizing the charter representative program. In addition, collaboration and communication with various departments will be required.

Essential roles and responsibilities of a Charter Representatives Analyst:

  • Responsible for routing and scheduling charter reps and ground service representatives on various lines of business.
  • Reconciling and Coding of charter representative invoices.
  • Support charter reps by ensuring required supplies are available to them.
  • Respond to questions requests from charter representatives.
  • Audit and compile charter representative reports and supply to required parties.
  • Respond to requests from customers with specific scheduling requests.
  • Attend all relevant meetings regarding charter representatives.
  • Provide timely schedules and information of reps to other SCA departments (Charter Planning/Ops, crew travel, etc).
  • Participate in and identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Perform Rep duties as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.


The required qualifications we are looking for in a Charter Representatives Analyst include:



  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience working within operations at an airline, preferably charter operations
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience demonstrating initiative and handling urgent needs
