Our ALOHA and Voltaix products are critical to the manufacturer of the newest computer chips required for Big Data and the Internet of Things. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? The position: The Maintenance Manager is responsible and accountable for safe, compliant execution of the maintenance strategy for the production facility at the assigned location, aligning the annual goals to the strategy, cascading the goals and then supporting the site Maintenance teams with the direction, resources, and motivation to achieve or exceed the goals. The Site Maintenance Supervisor must lead in a way that demonstrates the importance of safety and first time right. He/she must lead her team to implement change in a feedback rich environment which generates mutual respect and committed team members. Results must be achieved in a sustainable fashion. The Maintenance Manager is expected to be able to thrive in a fast paced and very dynamic environment.The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $120,000- $150,000 Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
