THE JOB: As a kitchen Steward, your job is to keep the dishes, glassware, flatware, and dish area clean. You'll also help create a great guest experience with your friendly attitude and service. By listening to their needs, you'll ensure they have a memorable experience that lasts beyond their stay. THE STARTING RATE:$20.00 THE DAY-TO-DAY: Sort and organize dishes, glassware, and flatware as they come to the dish area, including washing and storing pots in the right place Load and manage dishwasher Unload and inspect clean dishes after washing, stacking them in the correct spots Polish silver, copper, and brass Transport equipment like hot and cold boxes, speed racks, and carts to different areas Sweep, mop floors, and clean mats Clean baseboards, floor drains, sinks, tables, and cutting boards Separate trash and dispose of it in the proper containers, and clean garbage cans THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holiday Ability to stand for extended periods of time Previous kitchen experience Able to bend, carry, lift, and reach to perform daily tasks THE PERKS & BENEFITS: Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more.
