A DAY IN THE LIFE Provides technical support in maintaining, organizing, and managing the various databases within the company, to store and track active wage/benefit rates, collective bargaining agreements, memorandum of agreements, project labor agreements for applicable areas, non-disclosure agreements, and other corporate documents. Coordinates and prepares union/project labor training with the job site and field employees to ensure they have all the materials prior to onsite training and/or Union Pre Job Conference. Prepares project specific jobsite union binders and ensures that the job site has all the right details and information to meet the requirements of the project labor agreement. Interacts with project and site teams related to project labor matters, document organization, and potential claim issues. WHAT YOU'LL NEED Two (2) year degree; or equivalent combinations of education and experience. Two years of administrative assistant experience required. WHAT WILL SET YOU APART Experience working as a legal assistant in a law firm or in-house counsel legal department or working as an assistant to a labor relations team.
