Scheduled Weekly Hours:

30 We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our Vision Services Team as a Laser Vision Coordinator!

What You'll Do: A Laser Vision Coordinator is responsible for managing the patient experience throughout the laser eye surgery process, from initial consultations to post-operative care. They educate patients about the procedures, answer questions, and ensure that all necessary pre-operative assessments are completed. Additionally, the coordinator collaborates with ophthalmologists and other healthcare professionals to streamline scheduling and maintain high standards of patient care.

What Is Available:

  • Work 30 hours a week
  • Monday - Friday, Day Shift
  • Location : Gundersen Eye Clinic La Crosse & Onalaska
  • Have the opportunity to travel to other Gundersen optical locations

What You'll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalency + one-year post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or Healthcare related field
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in eye care or customer service positions.
