Role Descriptions & Responsibilities The Mechatronics Product Management Intern supports the product management team in the development and enhancement of mechatronics-related software products, The intern assists in gathering market research, analyzing customer feedback, and contributing to the product development process. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including but not limited to Engineering, sales, and marketing, to ensure the product meets user needs and market demands * Provide support in shaping the future of mechatronics products by assisting in defining product strategies and roadmaps. * Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, Marketing, and Support to ensure the product aligns with industry demands and customer needs. * Gather feedback through surveys, focus groups, and user events to drive product improvements and new features * Help monitor product performance and identify areas for improvement * Assist in modeling mechatronics products using SOLIDWORKS Develop engaging and informative content showcasing the features, capabilities, and applications of mechatronics products Qualifications * Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Product Design, or a related field. * Coursework or hands-on experience in mechatronics systems, CAD modeling, robotics, or automation is highly preferred. * Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS (Bonus for SOLIDWORKS Cloud Applications), with experience in 3D modeling, design, and simulations * Strong visual and storytelling skills to produce engaging and high-quality content that resonates with target audiences * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration abilities This is a 6 month paid internship with a flexible start date in the Dassault Systemes Corp. offices located at 175 Wyman Street Waltham, MA 0245. You will be expected to follow a hybrid work model (three days in office, two days work from home). Compensation for this role will be commensurate with experience.
