Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking highly motivated and experienced Salesforce BA/Configurator to join our team in the DC Metro Area to support our government clients. As a Salesforce BA/Configurator you will provide quality user experience with professional demeanor and excellent communication skills and work collaboratively. Work in an agile environment to design and implement Salesforce Lightning application solutions for government clients in collaboration with developers. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders, and build CGS' capabilities to serve our clients.

Job Responsibilities

As a Salesforce BA/Configurator, you will:



  • Provide Salesforce Configuration support to implement the client requirements via direct client interaction across a broad range of Salesforce applications.
  • Building a cohesive, streamlined and quality solution using Salesforce declarative processes.
  • Support the capture, evaluate and direct business requirements to create clear user stories and delivery the best solution(s).
  • Evaluate business requirement to create and implement clear business process and workflow use cases.
  • Gather, synthesize and define business requirements, and convert requirements to Salesforce Lightning applications.



Required Qualifications:



  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of business experience.
  • Experience as Salesforce Administrator for enterprise Salesforce Instance.
  • Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform Developer certification.
  • Experience with Lightning implementations of business application using the Salesforce Lightning platform in the last 2 years.
  • Experience using agile user stories to configure and implement Salesforce Lightning applications.
  • Experience working in team-based delivery environment.
  • Experience in implementing business process using Salesforce business process tools.
  • Hands on - experience with agile / scrum methodology.
  • Strong expertise in creating user-stories and business process workflows.



Nice to have skills/qualifications



  • Scrum Master certification.
  • Additional Salesforce Consulting Cloud certifications (e.g. Sales, Service, etc.).
  • Experience with collaborating with developers, clients, other business analysts, Solution Architects, Release Managers, etc.

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $85k- $120k.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
