Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sustainability Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely sustainability data reporting across manufacturing sites, supporting sites in setting and achieving improvement targets, and tracking progress against these targets. You will also play a key role in maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards while supporting sustainability assessments and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure Safe Working Systems and Practices: Maintain safe working systems and practices across sites. Ensure compliance with safety standards, including housekeeping, personal responsibility, and safety of others

  • Data Management and System Support: Ensure that sites are entering required sustainability data into corporate systems accurately and on time. Provide training and support to sites on proper system usage and required data inputs and conduct audits as needed, including support for the annual data verification process.

  • Reporting and Performance Tracking:Generate monthly and annual reports on sustainability performance, tracking progress against set targets

  • Procedure Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain procedures for sustainability reporting, ensuring alignment with recognized ISO and GRI standards.

  • Sustainability Assessments:Support the submission of sustainability assessments, including but not limited to CDP, Ecovadis, and S&P, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.

  • Continuous Development:Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in sustainability topics, continuously enhancing your knowledge to apply best practices to the organization's sustainability efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sustainability data reporting, analysis, or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of sustainability reporting standards, including ISO and GRI.

  • Familiarity with sustainability assessment tools like CDP, Ecovadis, and S&P.

  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Excellent communication and training skills to engage with stakeholders across sites.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
