Essential Duties and Responsibilities |
Provides desktop support and other IT related services, including audio-visual support for in person and hybrid events. Administers user and group accounts. Performs routine backup of system and data files. Provides first tier computer support for desktop and server issues, escalating more complex problems to senior technical staff. Assign more complex problems to appropriate levels. Occasional evening or weekend hours will be required for event support. |

Acceptable equivalent certifications include any of the following:
CompTIA Certs (ITF+, Tech+, A+, Network+, Security+)
Google IT Support Cert
Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals
Microsoft 365 Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
