Job Description The Director, User Experience is a senior leadership role responsible with several years of experience with overall strategic direction and management of the User Experience department. This encompasses guiding and leading teams and ensuring that user-centered design principles are integrated into products and services. The Director, User Experience will collaborate with other executives, set department goals, and align UX strategies with the business objectives; they manage the entire department and team of Architects in designing innovative healthcare products and end-to end digital solutions. This role requires strong leadership attributes to effectively manage UX leads, patience, and strong negotiation and influencing skills. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Team Management

EDUCATION: Education: Bachelor's Degree Areas of Concentration: Marketing, advertising, computer science, human- computer interaction, human factors, psychology, anthropology, graphic design, or related discipline. LICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS: UX professional certification EXPERIENCE: 15 plus years of experience: designing applications, interactive touchscreen experience and websites. Related Roles: UX Information Architect, UX Strategist, Technical Writer, Content Strategist, UI/ Developer, HCI, Visual Communications, UI/ Graphic Design, or related field preferred. Agency, healthcare, and interactive design experience a plus. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES: Software Level: Proficient

COMPETENCIES:
SALARY $150,000 - $195,000 annually. The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
