Position Overview: The Senior Executive Director, Student Success Operations, at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's Worldwide Campus plays a pivotal leadership role, tasked with the comprehensive oversight of all student success operations within the U.S. This executive directs the management and oversight of Academic Advising, Site Operations, Aviation Maintenance Technology (AMT), and F-1 Advising, as well as initiatives related to matriculation and advising for the U.S. Navy Community College (USNCC). Managing a team of over 135 personnel, the role is designed to operationalize the strategic vision set by the Vice Chancellor for Student Success, enhancing operational efficiencies, elevating the student experience, and ensuring alignment with the university's strategic goals. A critical component of this role involves the analysis of student and operational trends to identify challenges and opportunities, making strategic recommendations to the Vice Chancellor for positive and corrective actions. This responsibility ensures that the university's student success strategies are data-driven and effectively adapted to changing educational landscapes. Strategic Oversight and Leadership:
