This role is a hybrid position.

This position is considered hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration. Qualified applicants must live within commuting distance of our Santa Barbara, CA or Boston, MA office location to be in office 2-3 times per week.

This is a 12 month contract role.

The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker with the ability to manage multiple tasks while collaborating across cross-functional teams. You will provide excellent customer service, troubleshoot fulfillment issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide end-to-end customer support to B2B customers via phone and email, addressing inquiries related to orders, shipping, and delivery status.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as delayed or damaged shipments and provide accurate updates on ETAs.

  • Manage and maintain accurate data within ERP and commerce platforms to ensure proper inventory management and order processing.

  • Partner closely with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.

What You'll Need:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Fulfillment, or a similar role.

  • Experience using Excel for data management and analysis in a business environment.

  • Operating knowledge of ERP and commerce platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a cross-functional team.

At Sonos we consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, which may lead individual compensation to vary depending on job related qualifications, skills, and experience. All full time employees are eligible for merit increases, discretionary bonuses, and equity. Our job postings may span more than one career level and the base pay range may be modified in the future based on changing market conditions. The starting base pay for this role for all US candidates is between:

$63,000 and $69,700

Please note that compensation details listed in US job postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
