Job Summary:

The Intern, Engineering Project Manager, will support Engineering Projects to gain hands-on experience in product development, project management, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional team collaboration within the medical device industry. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions while enhancing their project management skills.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist cross-functional teams to develop product development plan
• Participate in project meetings, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
• Monitor and report on project performance and provide feedback
• Ensure that the project team is informed of project status

Minimum Qualifications:

• Planned graduation date within the next 2 years
• Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and willing to be outside of your comfort zone
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Education:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field

Location:

• This position will report on-site in Irvine, CA.
