Responsibilities

    Chair Working Integrated Product Team (WIPT) and Test Plan Working Group (TPWG) meetings
  • Develop the Test and Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP) and support OPTEVFOR with the Integrated Engineering Framework (IEF) development
  • Develop and manage the T&E schedule
  • Develop a T&E Spend Plan and support POM submissions
  • Coordinate aircraft demand signals with respective platform PMAs
  • Represent T&E at SETR events
  • Lead the execution of complex tasks


Qualifications

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (Journey/Senior Level)

Experience Requirements:

  • 3-10 or more years of experience (Journeyman Level) or 10+ years (Senior Level)
  • A Master's Degree may be substituted for 2 years of experience
  • Must have experience with the Navy acquisition policies and programs
  • Have a foundational knowledge of Weapon Types utilized by NAVAIR

Other Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Department of Defense security clearance.
  • Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Anticipated start date May 1, 2025.
  • Salary range: $135,000 to $180000 (The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.)
