We're hiring a Relationship Administrator to join our Specialist Deposit Team in Souderton on a hybrid basis. Responsibilities Provides direct sales and relationship support to Specialty Deposit Team Relationship Managers and serves as a primary point of contact for their customers. Assists Relationship Managers with sales support including marketing materials, sales proposal and RFP creation/delivery and prospect communications. Proactively establishes and nurtures relationships with designated customers to handle routine daily service requests and inquiries. Facilitates the process internally and with customers to establish new deposit relationships including gathering documents for account opening, check ordering and coordination with other areas such as Treasury Management. Coordinates and works with customers to complete account maintenance including signer changes, change of address and account closures. Works across the Bank to support customers with requests including transaction inquiries, statement copies, product limit changes, chargebacks / fraudulent transactions, cashier's checks, sponsorships, etc. Performs time sensitive daily processes such as NSF/Overdraft management and works directly with customers to resolve. Creates and distributes monthly or ad-hoc portfolio reporting for Relationship Managers or other members of bank management. Provide loan related support including but not limited to financial statement or other information requests, assistance with loan documents and the loan closing process, loan/attorney payments, and reporting. Operates within the Univest risk appetite and avoids risks we cannot understand or mitigate. Accountable for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to this position including the Univest Code of Conduct. Travel for select in person customer visits is possible. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of customer facing sales and/or service experience in commercial treasury management/depository banking. High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's or equivalent work experience in related area desired. Places the customer at the center of decisions while demonstrating a positive and helpful attitude. Maintains strong verbal, nonverbal and written communication skills. Naturally takes ownership of both issues and opportunities ensuring an optimal customer experience. Self-reliant problem solver that maintains composure, can set and meet expectations, manage their time, stay organized and pay attention to details while handling multiple priorities at once. Exercises active listening skills to identify root issues and resolve customers' questions and concerns in a timely fashion.
