This is a role within CGI's Product Management Group group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Help the team with creating and sharing the product strategy for assigned business unit product category. Support efforts to deliver the brand strategy and assist with product category management and marketing planning., and (ii) Support achieving the strategic objectives in new and existing products across Chamberlain Group BU. Requires 1+ years in Engineering, Marketing and/or Product Management and a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or related field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help the team with creating and sharing the product strategy for assigned business unit product category. Support efforts to deliver the brand strategy and assist with product category management and marketing planning.

  • Support achieving the strategic objectives in new and existing products across Chamberlain Group BU

  • Assist in helping to align the product roadmap with business goals, focusing on new product development and timely releases. Help maintain product support based on customer feedback and ensure both hardware and software elements work together to create great user experiences. Write clear user stories and help define features based on product requirements.

  • Support the team in keeping the product roadmap aligned with business goals, both short- and long-term. Help ensure that new products are developed and released quickly, while also assisting with product support based on feedback. Focus on both hardware and software elements to help create a great user experience.

  • Support the team in planning and executing strategies for the product, brand, and sales channels. Partner with marketing, sales, and customer experience teams to help create go-to-market strategies aimed at targeted customer segments. Help with creating plans to drive business growth and profitability, and collaborate with different teams to ensure product goals are met.

  • Help provide product content guidance and prioritization, integrated marketing planning and pricing strategies, facilitating and/or leading daily scrum activities, and executing against clearly defined timelines

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering or related field

  • 1+ years in Engineering, Marketing and/or Product Management

  • Ability to work in Matrix and Agile software development environment

  • Understand and have experience with Agile Scrum methodologies or other commonly used tools

  • Able to travel up to 25% - domestically and internationally

  • Preferred: Master's in Business Administration

  • Preferred: Prior experience working with hardware and software offerings

  • Preferred: Comfortable interacting with highly technical development teams

The payrange for this position is $73,000.00 - $137,800.00; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
