What a day in the life of an IT Service Delivery Analyst at REV Group looks like

THIS ROLE WILL BE 20 HOUR PER WEEK FLEXIBLE MORNING OR AFTERNOONS

The IT Technical Onsite Support Intern provides technical support to end users in person, by phone, or via email.

Typical duties include configuring computer systems, diagnosing software issues, and troubleshooting network problems.

Additional key responsibilities include field-based projects related to office or plant openings, changes, or closures, as well as implementing new technologies.

Set up, install, and maintain desktop, laptop, and printer hardware/software, plus peripherals.
Assist in the setup and maintenance of site network file structures, access rights, network security, network users, network printing, and desktop user environments.
Provide hands-on support to troubleshoot and repair issues with the site network, server, and telephony infrastructure.
Support core Microsoft business software, including Office, Windows 10, and Teams.
Assist in the installation and support of LAN, WAN, and wireless networking devices, specifically Cisco/Meraki hardware.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards regarding antivirus protection, software licensing, approved software, and hardware usage.
Provide end-user technical support both onsite and through remote tools (primarily Dameware).
Escalate issues and concerns to IT leadership as needed.
Document all support calls to track system performance and generate metrics reports.

Required Education, Skills, and Experience:

Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Ability to document and follow up on all cases until closure.
Strong troubleshooting and structured problem-solving skills.
