Work with a variety of stakeholders and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success, to create sales materials and resources, such as presentations, case studies, and product demos. Equips sales team with the tools, resources, and knowledge necessary to effectively engage customers. Responsible for developing and executing strategies that support the sales team in achieving their goals and driving revenue growth.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Develop and format PowerPoint templates, including previously created content
  • Build and edit executive level client deliverables and proposals.
  • Gather and synthesize project information from sales to create successful engagement summaries.
  • Collaborate with sales to respond to RFPs, including referencing and sourcing templates, collecting new content, formatting documents, and assembling finalized submissions.
  • Stylize PowerPoints including updating templates, creating net-new visuals, and develop high level concepts for executives.
  • Creation of assets for standardized resources including RFP Index, Client Impact Stories, and Technical Profile Library Service as well as delivering proposals, executive summaries, and external client facing work.
  • Ensure sales representatives have access to up-to-date product information and sales tools.
  • Track projects and RFP's to gather reporting to help leadership make data-driven decisions
  • Provide training that support new sales hires on how to effectively use the sales materials and resources provided as well as PowerPoint specific training demonstrations to better enable teams to use current templates, layouts, and branding in their everyday work.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement programs and initiatives that align with the overall strategy.
Qualifications
  • 1 - 3 years training and education experience
  • Experience with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Open to various backgrounds
  • Independent self-starter, effective team player with creative problem solving skills to help the organization achieve its earnings objectives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate needs
  • Ability to instantly build rapport
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and time management skills
  • Adaptable/Ability to react to situations
  • Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision
  • Work effectively and efficiently under pressure
  • Understands general business principles
  • Outstanding multitasking skills
  • Desire to learn and understand the business process from beginning to end

The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
