What we need...

We're seeking a collaborative, team-focused Software Developer for our conversions team, ensuring new COCC clients a successful transition into our banking software. Working in an Agile environment, this developer will support the conversions process with coding, writing scripts and troubleshooting while focusing on automation and efficiency projects.

What you'll do...



  • Designs and codes solutions for conversions, special requests, enhancements and defects
  • Reviews inputs, processes, and outputs
  • Codes needed changes and/or corrections and updates code library and unit tests all code changes
  • Develops operator instructions where necessary
  • May provide support for off-hours production issues
  • Assists in testing functionality, researches problems discovered and works on possible follow-up unit testing


What you'll bring...



  • Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
  • 1+ years programming in a comparable work environment
  • Demonstrated ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries, ensuring efficient data retrieval and manipulation
  • Experience with PL/SQL is a Plus
  • Experience with Oracle Financials is a Plus
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written, and the ability to collaborate and communicate across teams and levels of the organization


The salary range for this position is $75000-85374 annually.

Local candidates are preferred for this role.
