Assistant Director of Investigations, Equity & Civil Rights Compliance Georgia State University The Office of Equity & Civil Rights Compliance (ECRC) supports Georgia State University's commitment to excellence by ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local civil rights laws and regulations prohibiting discrimination, harassment, and retaliation for engaging in protected activity, as well as the University's federal affirmative action and equal employment opportunity requirements. The Equity & Civil Rights Compliance (ECRC) office at Georgia State University is seeking two Assistant Directors for its Investigations unit. The Investigations unit is responsible for handling allegations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation based on protected categories, including but not limited to Title IX and other forms of sexual misconduct or harassment.
