Summary of the Job:

The Financial Advisor, Client Advisory Group (CAG) is a trusted financial advisor to, and advocate for, First National Investments & Planning clients and prospects with simple to moderately complex financial planning and investment needs. The FACSS advises through the integrated delivery financial planning, investment management & insurance services. The FACSS will support our existing local, regional, and national client base, working to broaden the scope of client relationships through an understanding of each individual client's needs, utilizing an open platform, product-agnostic strategies, and commitment to a fiduciary standard.

About This Role:

Serve as an advisor to clients with more traditional investment needs, working to assess client financial situations and determine investment objectives/risk tolerance

Develop networks with third party referral sources to identify new business, and partner with internal bank specialists to provide a full array of expertise to clients.
Client expansion and retention work, including client management, and subject matter expertise in administration and fiduciary obligations

Provide effective client management services and advisory services to clients which may include investment management, trust, estate planning or business succession planning

Securities and trust account administration

Provide administration assistance to an assigned portfolio observing risk management and compliance policies and governing legal documents

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2 years experience in investment and financial services
  • FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or Series 63 & 65) registrations
  • State Life, Accident & Health and Variable Contract insurance licenses
  • Fast thinking sales mentality
  • Maintain an ongoing knowledge of the industry and the economy

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $49,637.00-$81,902.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
